WEST BENGAL CIVIL SERVICE (WBCS)
WBCS is an honorable service under government of West Bengal. Through this examination, West Bengal Govt. recruits a large number of aspirants in different Govt. offices each year. It consists of 4 Groups - A, GROUP - B, GROUP - C and GROUP - D. GROUP - B is for Police officer; other three for selection of officers. The recruitment examination is conducted by West Bengal Public Service Commission.
This recruitment process comprises of 3 stages :-
1. Preliminary Examination : 200 marks
2. Main Examination: 6 compulsory papers (each carries 200 marks) + 1 optional paper (400 marks) = 1600 marks. Optional paper is mandatory for A and B.
3. Personal Interview :- GOALPOST prepares students of this course in such a way that the students confidently appear for the examination and succeed overcoming all stages step by step.
N.B:- We provide classes for optional subjects by experienced faculties.
Note- This preparation will be also fruitful for other Competitive Examination for State and Central Govt. jobs.
